You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify MY PET DESIGNS® and the CAT TONGUE® trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Site, without AQUA USA, LLC’s prior written consent. The use of MY PET DESIGNS® and/or the CAT TONGUE® trademarks on any other website or network computer environment, for example the storage or reproduction of (a part of) the Site in any external internet site or the creation of links, hypertext, links or deep links between the Site and any other internet site, is prohibited without the express written consent of AQUA USA, LLC.
MY PET DESIGNS® and the CAT TONGUE® are trademarks of MY PET DESIGNS® and AQUA USA, LLC, and are registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in International Class 35 and 21.
MY PET DESIGNS® and the CAT TONGUE® have been approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Japan Patent Office and foreign Patent Offices.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MY PET DESIGNS® and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
